Beach Cove—Solway Firth
The Solway Firth is a body of water that forms part of the border between England and Scotland between the counties of Cumbria and Dumfries and Galloway.
This area of coastline is characterised by lowland hills and small mountains and was used as a location for the Edward Woodward film
Subject to Gulf Stream currents, the Firth is often unseasonably warm and offers a pleasant mild climate for visitors to the area.
