A 33-year-old homosexual man presented with right neck protruding mass with tenderness for 8 days. He had been diagnosed with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection in 2006 after initial presentation with oral candi diasis, Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia and Cryptococcus neoformans
